By using AKIL AI (akillai.com) you accept these terms. We have tried to keep them short and clear.

What this is

AKIL AI is a free, non-commercial AI research project run by an independent AI researcher; it is not a company's service. It is experimental: you may have to wait at busy times, and there may be maintenance or outages. The project may be changed, limited or shut down without prior notice.

AI answers

• Answers are generated automatically by an AI model; they may be wrong, incomplete, outdated or misleading.
• Do not rely on answers alone for important matters such as health, law, money and safety; verify the information and consult an expert if needed.
• Answers do not reflect the views of the person running the project.

Rules of use

• Do not try to generate content that is illegal, harms others, or contains hate or violence.
• Do not use AKIL AI in a way that violates other people's personal data, copyrights or other rights.
• Do not attack the system; do not try to bypass security measures or usage limits; do not send bulk requests with automated tools.
• We recommend that you do not write personal information such as ID numbers, card numbers or health information.

Access may be restricted in case of use that violates these rules.

Usage limits

Without signing in you can ask 7 questions per 24 hours; if you sign in with Google, your daily credits are higher. The limits exist so that the service can be enough for everyone, and they may change.

Liability

AKIL AI is provided "as is". No warranty is given that it will work, or work without interruption or errors. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, neither the project nor the person running it can be held liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from your use of the site or the answers. How you use the answers is your responsibility.

Content

What you write and the answers you receive belong to you; you may use the answers as you wish while respecting the rights of others. Open source components used in the site's software are subject to their own licenses (see Open source licenses).

Changes and governing law

These terms may be updated; the current version is always on this page. Turkish law applies. How your personal information is processed is explained on the Privacy page.
